Kris talks at length about what it's meant to be the General Manager of New South, not only as a personality on the show but behind the curtain as well.  Kris has been responsible for many of the innovations and production improvements that's helped New South stand out among other promotions in the South.  McInnis talks about the countless hours it takes to prepare for the shows and have everything in place that the fans have come to expect and enjoy.  He also discusses working with the talent backstage to help them develop and get the most out of their persona.  Gene and Kris also talk about his upcoming Steel Cage Match with his rival Dump Sanders and just how personal this fight will be.  All this and much, much more in very insightful look into the mind of 18 year veteran of the wrestling business.
